Not at all. While we are proudly based in Mareeba, the majority of our client work is delivered remotely. All meetings, reviews, and advisory sessions are conducted via Zoom or phone — so whether you are in Cairns, Atherton, Innisfail, Mount Isa, or anywhere else in regional Australia, distance is not a barrier. If you happen to be local, we are always happy to meet in person — but it is never a requirement.
We ask for an initial three-month engagement. This gives us enough time to understand your business properly, establish a reliable baseline, and begin delivering meaningful results — rather than surface-level observations after a single month. After the initial three months, engagements continue on a month-to-month basis with thirty days notice to pause or exit. There are no lock-in contracts, no exit fees, and no pressure to continue beyond the point where the partnership is working for you.
Less than you might think — and nothing beyond what is genuinely necessary to do the work properly. Depending on your service tier, we typically work with purchasing records, stock reports, supplier invoices, and basic gross margin data. Most of this can be exported directly from your existing accounting or point-of-sale software.
